Jasmin Nazić (born January 18, 1992 in the SFR Yugoslavia ) is a Slovenian football player on the position of a defender .

Club career

Start of career at NK Triglav Kranj

As a child, Nazić played for NK Triglav Kranj from the fourth largest Slovenian city of Kranj . In the 2006/07 season he appeared for its U-15 team and acted in this with ten goals from 24 league games as a dangerous offensive player. It should be noted that he scored twice in five games. In the same season he was already on the bench of the team with game operations in the 1st Slovenska kadetska league , but was not used. In the following season 2007/08 he was already promoted to the regular strength of his team in the 1st Slovenska kadetska league , where he contributed three goals in 22 games. In 2007/08 he came for a short stint in the 1st Slovenska mladinska liga , the highest Slovenian junior football league. In the following season, Nazić presented himself similarly to the previous one. In 24 league appearances in the 1st Slovenska kadetska liga , he scored seven goals and again played a game in the 1st Slovenska mladinska liga . In 2009/10, the young player made his breakthrough in the 1st SML team and scored three goals in 19 appearances. In the following 2010/11 season he was still a member of this youth team, but only made eleven championship appearances - for him personally goalless. He was only used regularly from the 20th round and was hardly part of the junior team's squad for the first two thirds of the season.

After he sat unused on the bench on March 4, 2012 in a 2-1 win over leaders NK Maribor in a league game of the then bottom of the table NK Triglav Kranj, he made his professional debut for the Kranjer just a few weeks later. In the meantime, his coach Siniša Brkić used him as a left-back for the full 90 minutes in a 2-0 home defeat against FC Koper in two more games without being used on the bench . In the following rounds he sat alternately on the bench or was not part of the professional squad. Only in two league games in late April 2012 he was reinstated by Brkić. He was also used in the last game of the season 2011/12. As a team with the worst goal difference, NK Triglav Kranj finished the season in ninth and penultimate place in the table, whereupon he had to relegate to NK Don , the runner-up in the Druga Slovenska Nogometna League . After the two relegation games in which Nazić was used in the second leg, the club should have been relegated to the Slovenian second division. However, since the club from the village of Dob near Domžale was not allowed to rise for financial reasons, the NK Triglav Kranj remained in the highest football league in Slovenia.

In the 2012/13 season it was hardly taken into account; Nazić was often found in the extended squad at the beginning of the season, with Nazić also came on a short term, but the club decided to give the defensive player with the start of the season of the third Slovenian league on loan to the local amateur club NK Zarica Kranj . At the amateur club, which since the late 1990s - with one exception - was always represented in the third division, Nazic was able to record regular appearances again. On April 21, 2013 he came back to the professional team of NK Triglav Kranj and completed 54 minutes in a 2-2 away draw against NK Aluminij . In the three subsequent games Nazić was removed from the squad again. At the end of the season he was unused on the bench in four of the last five league games, so he didn't make any further appearances. To collect more match practice, Nazić was again awarded to the NK Zarica Kranj. In 18 league games, which he completed in the 2012/13 season in the third highest Slovenian football league, he scored six goals.

Change to Austrian amateur football

Due to his performance, he was taken over by the Slovenian third division club before the start of the 2013/14 season and became a regular for the small club. In 22 of 24 possible league appearances, Nazić scored five goals and at the end of the season ranked with his team seven points behind NK Tolmin in second place in the western relay of the double-track third division. Even before the club rose to the Druga Slovenska Nogometna Liga as champions of its season in the following season, Nazić moved to Austria , where he was initially signed by the second team of the then Bundesliga club SV Grödig . In the amateur team with play in the fourth-rate Salzburg league , he completed 24 of 30 league games and scored one goal. In the final standings, he and his team ranked second in the table, 23 points behind the clear climber, the community of amateurs of FC Red Bull Salzburg and the newly founded USK Anif . After the aforementioned syndicate was dissolved after the successful promotion, he switched to USK Anif, now playing in the Regionalliga West , in the summer of 2015 .

There he played as a right full-back for the regional league team in the first three games of the 2015/16 season , but was injured in the third game in a 4-2 win over FC Kitzbühel , so that he was out due to injury until the winter break. In this, Nazić moved within the Regionalliga West to FC Kufstein , which the then Anif chairman and section head Christian Fuchs justified with the fact that Nazić was dissatisfied with his playing times. Between mid-September and the beginning of October, he also played four league games for the club's Ib team, but then did not play for them until the winter break. In Kufstein , the Slovene quickly developed into a regular player in the defense line and made nine consecutive championship appearances before he was no longer part of the official Kufstein squad from the 26th round of the game. In the closely staggered final classification, FC Kufstein occupied eleventh place in the table and was thus only one point away from a relegation place.

In the 2016/17 season , Nazić started again as a regular player in the regional league team under Christian Schaider , who came from Germany , and stayed that way when Martin Hofbauer took over as coach in mid-August 2016. During the entire season, Nazić played 22 of 30 possible league games and was also used in the only game of his team ÖFB-Cup 2016/17 , the 1: 4 first round defeat against SV Ried . At the end of the season, FC Kufstein occupied seventh place in the table in the Regionalliga West. In the summer break before the 2017/18 season , Nazić made another club change. The SV Grödig took him again for his second team, but gave him the opportunity now in its third-rate first team to prove. On August 12, 2017, Nazić sat on the substitute bench of the regional league team for the first time without being used, but during this time he was mainly used for the second team in the fifth-class Salzburg 1st regional league or played no games at all and belonged to neither the first nor the second team on. Over the entire 2017/18 season, he only made three appearances in the Regionalliga West, as well as five appearances and one goal in the 1st Salzburg League. In the 2018/19 season , the Slovenian was also a member of SV Grödig, but had only played nine championship games for the club's regional league team before the winter break and left the club before the start of the spring. In preparation for this he was still used in test matches, but injured his ankle so badly in the last test match against SK Strobl that he was out for several months due to injury. On the official website of transfermarkt.de there was even written about the end of the career of the Slovenian defensive player. In any case, he was not used for Grödig.

National team career

In 2007 Nazić was called up for the first time in a youth national team of the Slovenian Football Association . For the Slovenian U-15 national team he completed his first and only U-15 international match on November 20, 2007 in a 1-0 defeat against the Czech Republic . Almost six months later he was brought into the Slovenian U-16 national team and at the end of April 2008 he played international matches against his colleagues from Italy and Mexico . About a month later, two more friendly international appearances against the Hungarian team of the same age followed .
