  • For the connoisseur for enjoyment, for the novice as an appetizer. - Konrad Heidkamp , DIE ZEIT, Hamburg
  • Not imitating the style of the epoch, but paying homage to it. The characters, the protagonists, do not describe them, but pay homage to them. Not listing places, but glorifying them. A hymn that is so lovingly designed down to the last detail that it is a real joy. In spite of all the composure available: splendid! - Gregor Auenhammer, Der Standard, Vienna
  • A creative treat, just right for the jazz tyro with an inquiring mind and a delight in good design. A feast for the ears as well as the eyes! - Peter Vacher, LondonJazzNews
  • The book is one of the most freshly original and delightfully imaginative works of art about jazz music that have appeared in a long time. - Nenad Georgievski, All About Jazz, Skopje
