Jelena Nikolajewna Temerewa ( Russian Елена Николаевна Темерева ; born March 26, 1976 in Sawoiko, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky ) is a Soviet - Russian zoologist and university teacher .

Life

After attending secondary school in Sawoiko Temerewa began in 1993 to study at the Lomonosov Moscow State University (MGU) in Biology - Faculty , where she graduated as a zoologist with honors 1998th She then became an aspirant at the Institute of Marine Biology of the Far East Department of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAN) in Vladivostok . She has been teaching at MGU since 1999. In 2001 she successfully defended her dissertation on the microscopic anatomy and fine structure of Phoronopsis harmeri Pixell , from the group of horseshoe worms in 1912 for her doctorate as a candidate in biological sciences.

Since 2003 Temerewa is in the MGU the Chair of Zoology of invertebrate biology faculty as a research assistant working. In 2008 she was her doctoral dissertation for defense on the phoronid in terms of structure, development, fauna and phylogeny of doctor PhD of biological sciences. She has been a leading research assistant since 2008.

Temerewas research is the phylogeny of the ring probe or Tentaculata: phoronid, brachiopods and bryozoans . At the 13th International Congress of Invertebrate Reproduction and Development 2013 in Detroit , she presented three reports and gave two plenary lectures .
