Jennifer Goolsbee

Jennifer Goolsbee (born September 6, 1968 in Detroit , Michigan , USA ) is a figure skater and was an ice dancer .

In 1987 she took part in the Junior World Championships for the USA. She ran there with Peter Chupa and finished twelfth. Jennifer Goolsbee later ran with Seattle SC's James Schilling. She started for the Detroit SC.

Since 1990 she started with the German Hendryk Schamberger internationally for Germany for the EC Oberstdorf . She also took on German citizenship so that she could start for Germany in the 1994 Olympics. In addition to her native English, she speaks fluent German and Russian. She returned her German passport in 1995.

The couple Jennifer Goolsbee & Hendryk Schamberger trained in Oberstdorf with ice dance trainer Martin Skotnický . After 1995, Jennifer Goolsbee ran together with Samuel Gesoljan, who later started for Armenia, and with him again won the German championship title in ice dancing in 1997. Later in 1997, Jennifer Goolsbee and Hendryk Schamberger reappeared at shows.

Jennifer Goolsbee went back to the USA. She initially toured as a dancer and later became a trainer at the Rocky Mountain Figure Skating Club. She is married and is now called Schneble.
