Jeppe Hein
Jeppe Hein (* 1974 in Copenhagen ) is a Danish sculptor living in Berlin and works as a representative of the White Cube and kinetic art .
Life
Jeppe Hein studied after an apprenticeship as a carpenter from 1997 to 2003 at the Royal Danish Academy of Art . Between 1999 and 2000 he was an exchange student in Frankfurt am Main at the Städel University of Fine Arts . He was Ólafur Elíasson's assistant . His work is now exhibited internationally, including in the Tate Liverpool ( A Secret History of Clay ), in the Galerie für Zeitgenössische Kunst in Leipzig ( Performative Installation ) and in New York in the Museum PS1 ( Flying Cube ).
Jeppe Hein lives in Berlin with his wife and their two daughters.

Awards
In 2012 Hein was awarded the Robert Jacobsen Prize .
