His sphere of activity was temporarily limited to Freiberg and Augustusburg . In 1715 he was entrusted with the master's right. Probably from 1725 he built for Christoph Heinrich Count von Watzdorf the Castle Lichtenwalde . At the same time he was in charge of the installation of the galleries for the churches in Erbisdorf and Großschirma . In 1728 he was appointed royal hunting master builder. In the same year he led the renovation of the Freiberg Petrikirche . He built the town church in Zöblitz in 1729 with rectangular galleries. In 1731 he was appointed land clerk for the Upper Ore Mountains and Meißnian districts and moved to the residential city of Dresden. In the years from 1731 to 1733 he built the village church Pretzschendorf near Dippoldiswalde , a central building with triple galleries and cross wing-like additions with a high church tower on the north side. From 1734 to 1740 the bridge and escort house in Düben was built under his direction and according to his design . In Röhrsdorf near Meißen , the village church was built under his direction in 1737, a large rectangular hall with double galleries and a west tower. Together with master carpenter Johann Gottlieb Ohndorff , he rebuilt the church in Bärenstein in the Ore Mountains, which had previously burned down, in a late Gothic style, as well as the new rectory with barn and the new schoolhouse. From 1732, he oversaw the renovation work in the Meissen porcelain factory, including a rope pull from the Elbe to the courtyard. In the years from 1739 to 1740 he worked as an economist in the construction management of the Catholic Court Church at the side of Gaetano Chiaveri . He was involved in the houses in Dresden for the sculptor Lorenzo Mattielli and for the Akziserat Hofmann. In 1740 he was commissioned with the planning of the town hall on the Altmarkt and the neighboring house in Döring (on behalf of the master mason Johann Gottfried Fehre ). In 1750 he was in charge of the building work on the Brühlsche Palais . He designed and directed the extension of the Hahnenturm of the Freiberg Petrikirche. In 1750 the forester's house in the Dresdner Heide and other residential buildings in Dresden were built. In addition to many smaller commissions, he designed and built a mill building for the royal blue paint factory in Oberschlema from 1754 to 1755 . On November 1, 1757 he was appointed senior elder of the Dresden Masons' Guild. He died in Dresden in 1760.
