Johannes Geller (* 2000 ) is a German actor .

Life

Johannes Geller, who grew up in Munich , regularly took on children's roles at the Münchner Kammerspiele from the 2009/10 season , where he was seen in productions by Christoph Frick , Jossi Wieler , Lars-Ole Walburg , Stephan Kimmig and Susanne Kennedy .

From 2015 to 2017 he played the youngest brother Luca in Simon Stone's stage adaptation of the Visconti classic Rocco and his brothers at the Münchner Kammerspiele .

Since 2014, Geller has also regularly appeared in front of the camera for film and TV roles. In the 3rd season of the ZDF series Dr. Klein (2016), alongside Greta Bohacek , Anne Kanis and Daniel Wiemer , he played a leading role in the episode as an HIV- infected boy. In the German-Czech film drama Die Freibadclique (2017) he embodied the “jumbo” that was initially too small according to the guidelines of the Waffen-SS , but which is all the more proud when it is finally taken. In the 15th season of the ZDF series The Public Prosecutor (2020), he played the highly talented, autistic young programmer Carsten Beckmann, who was instigated in a ransomware attack on a hospital , in a leading role in the episode . In the four-part television series Deutscher , which was first broadcast on ZDFneo from April 2020 , Geller played one of the main roles alongside Paul Sundheim , the student Marvin Pielcke, whose parents are happy that a right-wing populist party wins the general election .

Johannes Geller plays drums and is a techno producer and DJ under the name "PUNKTMIDI". He lives in Munich.
