Josef Grammig

Josef Grammig (born January 13, 1903 in Großauheim , † September 25, 1989 in Kleinostheim ) was a German carpenter and from 1949 to 1955 a member of the Bavarian Senate .

Life

After attending elementary school and technical school , Grammig completed an apprenticeship as a model carpenter in Großauheim, which he completed with a journeyman's examination. Until 1929 he was employed as a model carpenter for various companies in the Rhine-Main area . After five years of unemployment, he founded his own model carpentry business in 1938.

Offices

From 1929 until its dissolution in 1933, Grammig was chairman of the local administration of the Christian Metalworkers' Association in Aschaffenburg . From 1949 to 1955 he was President of the Chamber of Crafts for Lower Franconia . Grammig was a member of the Bavarian Senate from June 10, 1949 to December 31, 1955.
