Juan Surraco , full name Juan Ignacio Surraco Lamé , (born August 14, 1987 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .
Career
society
The 1.76 meter tall midfielder Surraco was a member of the Montevideo-based club Central Español at the beginning of his career in the Clausura 2006 . In the semi-series, he completed twelve games in the Primera División and scored one goal. He then moved to Italy to Udinese Calcio . With the Italians, however, he did not play a league game in the Serie A team in the 2006/07 season . In the 2007/08 season he was then 24 times (no goals) for ACR Messina in the Serie B on. In July 2008, as before in the case of ACR Messina, he joined AC Ancona on loan , where he played in 35 (33 league games plus two play-out games) in the 2008/09 and 2009/10 seasons ) or 38 Serie B games and scored two and three goals respectively. There are also two appearances (no goal) in the Coppa Italia for him. From mid-2010 he was active for AS Livorno as a loan player from Udinese with a purchase option . Two national cup games and 25 second division appearances (five goals) were recorded at the club from the port city in Tuscany in the 2010/11 season. Via FC Turin, to whom he was loaned by Udinese in the 2011/12 season and for whom he was on the pitch 23 times (one goal) in Serie B, his career path led to Modena FC in August 2012 . There, too, he was employed as part of a loan deal between Udinese and Modena and was finally signed on for two more years in July 2013. After 33 appearances in the second division with two goals (2012/13: 27 games / 1 goal; 2013/14: 6/1) and three Coppa Italia games (no goal), he left the club in January 2014 in favor of AS Cittadella . In the first half of the year he played 18 second division games with the club from Veneto and scored twice in the opposing goal. In mid-2014, he joined AS Livorno again. In the 2014/15 season he was used four times (no goal) in Serie B and once (no goal) in Coppa Italia.
At the beginning of March 2015 he returned to Uruguay and continued his career with the first division club El Tanque Sisley . There he ran seven times (no goal) in the Primera División in the 2015 Clausura. At the end of August 2015 he went back to Italy and joined US Lecce . In the 2015/16 season, he played 31 games in Serie B and scored six goals. In mid-July 2016, he moved to Ternana Calcio . For the club, he played 14 games (no goal) in Serie B. Feralpisalò signed him at the end of January 2017 . By the end of the season he was in seven third division games with the Lombards and scored one goal. In August 2017 he moved to AC Pistoiese .
National team
Surraco was on the squad of the Uruguayan U-20 national football team . With this he took part in both the 2007 U-20 South American Championship in Paraguay and the 2007 U-20 World Championship . At the World Cup, he completed three international matches (no goal). He made his debut on May 21, 2006 in the 1-0 win in the friendly against Northern Ireland under coach Óscar Tabarez in the Uruguayan senior team when he came on in the 83rd minute for Fabián Estoyanoff . His second and last international match he completed on May 24, 2006 in a 2-0 win in the international friendly against Romania .
