Juck (Bergisch Gladbach)
Juck is a district in the Moitzfeld district of Bergisch Gladbach .
history
Juck is located east of Moitzfeld in the Volbachtal , which is popularly known as Freudental. The name Juck goes back to an early modern settlement that is recorded in the original cadastre north of Löhe . It is certainly documented for the year 1652. In the 19th century, there was a second farm named Juckerberg next to the Juck farm . Both belonged to the former municipality of Immekeppel . Mining has expanded since the middle of the 19th century . As a result, Juck had developed into a larger hamlet with eight homes and 60 inhabitants by 1905.

Juck is surrounded by the Grube Apfel , Grube Columbus and Grube Berzelius mines .
