Julia Saner

Julia Saner (born February 19, 1992 in Bern ) is a former Swiss model .

She celebrated her first international success in 2006 as tap dance junior world champion in the “Junior Small Group” category.

Life

In August 2009 she was crowned the winner of the “Elite Model Look Switzerland” in the Maag Event Hall in Zurich. This qualified her for the world finals of Elite Model Look , an international model competition that has been held annually since 1983 and is organized by the model agency Elite Model Management . In October of the same year, Saner emerged as the winner of the world final, which was held in Sanya , China , and prevailed against 66 competitors. The win earned her a modeling contract with a guaranteed income of $ 150,000. In her career she worked for Gucci and Chanel in Paris at the Milan Fashion Week . In February 2011 she was photographed with 35 other well-known models in American Vogue .

In September 2011 she took a break. She then ended her modeling career. She has lived in London since January 2012, where she devoted herself to photo projects and prepared for a media degree. In July 2012 she played the speaking role of Charlotte Cardoza in the musical Titanic on the lake stage in Thun as part of the Thunerseespiele for 4 days .

In summer 2012 she announced that she would be studying at Goldsmiths, University of London from autumn 2012 .

Julia Saner attended high school in Bern-Kirchenfeld , which she graduated with the Matura in 2010 .
