Julia Scharf (bourgeois Julia Scharf-Mosler ; born January 3, 1981 in Gera ) is a German television presenter .

life and career

Scharf graduated from school in 2000 and then studied sports science - media / communication at the Technical University of Munich from 2001 to 2006 . She came to DSF in 2008 through various internships, internships and moderation . From summer 2010 she was the presenter of Bundesliga Pur and SPORT1 News . She was also a field reporter at LIGA total! . Since the end of November 2011, she moderated in SWR television in addition to sports in the Third also sports extra broadcasts and Sport on Saturday . She also moderates the sports section in the daily topics and gymnastics events on ARD . For the first time , she moderates ski jumping and, since the 2014 Olympic Games in Sochi, also alpine skiing. In addition, she has been moderating the sports show on Sunday since August 2014 .

Since April 11, 2016 she has moderated Blickpunkt Sport on BR television and also presents the sports block in the Rundschau . In 2018, she moderated the coverage of the games of the 2018 World Cup in Russia on ARD .

Scharf lives in Munich and is the mother of two daughters. Since June 13, 2013, Scharf has been married to the marketing manager and former athlete Michael Mosler.
