Julien Palma (born January 1, 1993 in Bou near Orléans ) is a former French track cyclist who specialized in short-term disciplines.

At the UCI Junior World Championships in Moscow in 2009 , Julien Palma was runner-up in the 1000-meter time trial . In the following year he was together with Benjamin Édelin and Kévin Guillot in Montichiari Junior World Champion in the team sprint . In the same year he won three titles at the European Junior Track Championships in Saint Petersburg : in the sprint , in the time trial and in the team sprint, again with Édelin and Guillot.

In 2011, Palma was able to make a name for itself again internationally: at the UCI Track World Championships for Juniors in Moscow in 2011 , he was world champion in keirin and second in sprint as well as in team sprints with Édelin and Anthony Jacques , and he also won the European Junior Track Championships Édelin and Jacques won the title and came third in the Keirin. In 2012 he became Vice European Champion (U23) in the team sprint, with Quentin Lafargue and Charlie Conord . At the 2012/13 Track Cycling World Cup , the French trio with Palma, Lafargue and Kévin Sireau took third place.

At the UCI Track World Championships 2013 in Minsk , Palma finished third in the team sprint together with François Pervis and Michaël D'Almeida . In 2015 he ended his cycling career.
