Junior Ryder Cup

The Junior Ryder Cup is a junior team golf competition held between Europe and the United States of America. The competition is similar to the Ryder Cup and, like it, is hosted by the PGA of America and Ryder Cup Europe.

The teams each consist of six juniors who are between twelve and 18 years old. The tournament lasts for two days. On the first day, three junior pairs and three junior pairs play a classic foursome and six mixed pairs play four- ball . On the second day introduced in 2008, twelve singles will be played. All games are played as match games.

A place near the venue of the Ryder Cup will be selected as the venue, within the framework of which the Junior Ryder Cup will be held.
