Justin Zilla (born February 2, 1991 in Pforzheim ) is a German ice hockey player who played at the beginning of the 2013/14 season at ERV Schweinfurt in the ice hockey league in the position of the striker . Since 2014 he has been active with the Pforzheim Bisons in the Baden-Württemberg State League.

Career

Zilla first went through the youth departments at SC Bietigheim-Bissingen and SC Riessersee . In the latter, he played very successfully with SC Riessersee in the DNL and already played in the first team of SC Riessersee in the 2nd ice hockey Bundesliga in the 2009/10 season , but unfortunately could not score a point in 47 appearances. In the 2010/11 season he was again in the regular line-up of the Oberliga team and posted his first points.

At the end of June 2011, Zilla announced his contract extension at SC Riessersee , which competed in the 2nd ice hockey Bundesliga in the 2011/12 season. For the 2013/14 season he moved to the upper division ERV Schweinfurt . For private reasons, however, he has not been part of the Mighty Dogs squad since the beginning of October 2013. Zilla is currently playing for the Baden-Württemberg state league club Pforzheim Bisons and became champions of the Baden-Württemberg state league on March 20, 2016 with his team.
