Paksa I cabinet
The Paksas I cabinet was the 9th Lithuanian government since 1990. It was formed after the 1996 parliamentary elections in Lithuania . The ruling party was Tėvynės sąjunga (TS-LKD). Rolandas Paksas (* 1956) was confirmed by the President in 1999. The swearing-in ceremony then took place in the Seimas .
