Kadarkút is a city in Hungary in the southern Transdanubia region, in Somogy County . The city is located 25 kilometers from Kaposvár and became the capital of the Kadarkút small area when 23 former villages of the Kaposvár small area formed a new small area on January 1, 2008.

Sister cities of Kadarkúts are Veliko Trojstvo in Croatia (since 2006) and Voitsberg in Austrian Styria (since 2008).
