Kanndorf is a district of Ebermannstadt in the Upper Franconian district of Forchheim .
The village is located in Franconian Switzerland , about 4.5 km east of Ebermannstadt on the state road 2685 . The wooded Kanndorfer Höhe connects to the northwest, and a golf course to the south and northwest .
Kanndorf was part of the former municipality of Wohlmannsgesees , before it was dissolved in the course of the municipal reform in 1978 and Kanndorf became part of the municipality of Ebermannstadt.
