The canton of Amiens-8 (North) was a French constituency in the Arrondissement of Amiens , in the Somme department and in the Picardy region until 2015 ; its capital was Amiens . Francis Lec ( PS ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 1985 to 2015 .
