The canton Hallencourt was until 2015 a French constituency in the Arrondissement Abbeville , in the Département Somme and in the Picardy region ; its main place was the indoor court . Claude Jacob ( PCF ) was last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2008 to 2015 .
