The canton of Saint-Valery-sur-Somme was a French constituency in the Arrondissement Abbeville , in the Départemen Somme and in the Picardy region until 2015 ; its main town was Saint-Valery-sur-Somme . Nicolas Lottin ( DLR ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 2001 to 2015 .
