The canton of Ailly-le-Haut-Clocher was until 2015 a French canton in the Arrondissement Abbeville , in the Département Somme and in the Picardy region ; its main town was Ailly-le-Haut-Clocher . Daniel Dubois ( Nouveau Center ) was the last representative in the General Council of the Département from 1998 to 2015 .
