The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Abbeville and is part of the Communauté de communes Ponthieu-Marquenterre and the canton of Rue .

The community, located in a dry valley between the former Route nationale 35 and the Autoroute A16 , adjoins the Ailly-le-Haut-Clocher area to the south-east .
