Doudelainville ( Picard : Dodlinville ) is a northern French municipality with 339 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the Arrondissement of Abbeville and is part of the Communauté d'agglomération de la Baie de Somme and the canton of Gamaches .

The community is located on the D25 from Oisemont to Huppy, around 5.5 kilometers north of Oisemont and ten kilometers west of Hallencourt . Doudelainville owns a wind farm together with Fresnes-Tilloloy and Saint-Maxent . The hamlet of Warcheville belongs to the municipality.

Toponymy

In 1088 the place is mentioned by Hariulf in the Chronicon centulense in the Latinized form Dulciniane vallis villa. Later the form Dodelanivilla appears.
