Friaucourt is a northern French municipality with 742 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Abbeville and is part of the canton of Friville-Escarbotin .

geography

The community on the edge of the Vimeu plateau, which has grown together with Allenay to the east, is around two and a half kilometers southeast of Ault . It borders directly on Ault in the west and with the hamlet of La Solette in the south on the neighboring municipality of Saint-Quentin-la-Motte-Croix-au-Bailly .
