Le Boisle ( Picard : L'Boele ) is a northern French municipality with 363 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the arrondissement of Abbeville and is part of the Communauté de communes Ponthieu-Marquenterre and the canton of Rue .

geography

The municipality is located on the left (southern) bank of the Authie , which forms the border with the Pas-de-Calais department , opposite Labroye , around 8.5 kilometers east-northeast of Crécy-en-Ponthieu and eleven kilometers south of Hesdin . In the west, the community includes the Le Verjolay group of houses, in the east the Moimont and Enconnay farms.
