The canton of Ham is a French constituency in the arrondissement of Péronne , in the department of Somme and in the region of Hauts-de-France ; its main place is Ham . Didier Potel ( DVD ) and Françoise Ragueneau ( UDI ) have been representatives in the General Council of the Département since 2016 .
