Offoy ( Picard : Ouffo) is a French municipality with 217 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France in northern France. The municipality belongs to the canton of Ham and is part of the Est de la Somme municipal association .

The municipality is located on the eastern bank of the Somme, which is canalized here , at the confluence of the Germaine stream and on the D17 departmental road .
