Hédauville ( Picard : Hédeuville) is a northern French municipality with 126 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality belongs to the canton of Albert and is part of the Communauté de communes du Pays du Coquelicot .

geography

The community is located around 7.5 km northwest of Albert at the intersection of the D938 and D919 département roads.

history

In the 12th century, the place belonged to the Priory Saint-Denis in Amiens . In the 13th century, half under the rule of the Abbey of Corbie . The castle was built in 1724. In the 1970s it belonged to the humorist Yves Lecoq.

The community received the Croix de guerre 1914-1918 as an award .
