Toutencourt is about 16.5 km north of Corbie and 5.5 km southwest of Acheux-en-Amiénois at the intersection of the D23 to Doullens and D114 from Hérissart in the direction of Sailly-au-Bois in the Pas-de-Calais department . South of the village is the Bois de Toutencourt forest.
