Mesnil-Bruntel ( Picard : Ch'Moéni-Brèneti) is a French municipality with 288 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France in northern France. The municipality belongs to the canton of Péronne and is part of the Communauté de communes de la Haute Somme .

The community is located on the east bank of the canalized Somme and in north-south direction from the department of road traversed D937 and from the southwest to the northeast of the D88.
