Puzeaux (Picard: Puzeu) is a northern commune with 298 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the Somme department in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality belongs to the canton of Ham and is part of the Communauté de communes Terre de Picardie .

geography

The municipality is located around two kilometers southwest of Chaulnes in the Santerre . The municipal area extends in the west to the A 1 autoroute and in the east to the Départementstraße D1017 (former Route nationale 17 ). The departmental road D337 leads through the village from Chaulnes to Nesle , which crosses the D1017 in the Croisement de Bel-Air. The railway line from Amiens to Laon and the disused railway line from Saint-Just-en-Chaussée to Douai run through the municipality .
