Billancourt ( Picard : Billancourt) is a northern French municipality with 173 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality is located in the Arrondissement of Péronne , belongs to the canton of Ham and is part of the Est de la Somme municipality .

The municipality, located immediately south of Nesle on the D234 department road, is bounded by the D930 department road to the west and the D15 department road to the east.
