Matigny ( Picard : Matny) is a French municipality with 503 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France in northern France. The municipality belongs to the canton of Ham and is part of the Est de la Somme municipal association .

Douilly is located northwest of Ham on the D937 departmental road . Until 1949 there was a rail connection (meter gauge) to Ham and Albert .
