Fontaine-lès-Cappy (Picard: Fontainne-lès-Capin) is a northern French municipality with 51 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France . The municipality belongs to the canton of Ham and is part of the Communauté de communes Terre de Picardie .

The municipality is located in Santerre around 10 km north-northwest of Chaulnes south of the D71 departmental road in a valley (Vallée de Chuignes / Vallée du Fay).
