Allaines ( Picard : Alaine) is a French municipality with 466 inhabitants (at January 1, 2017) in the department of Somme in the region of Hauts-de-France in northern France. The municipality belongs to the canton of Péronne and is part of the Communauté de communes de la Haute Somme .

The municipality, which is made up of the districts of Allaines (west of the Tortille stream ) and Haut-Allaines (east of the Tortille stream), lies on the Canal du Nord and is touched by the D1017 and D43 departmental roads.
