The canton of Avize was a French canton in the arrondissement Épernay in the Marne department and in the Champagne-Ardenne region until 2015 . The capital of the canton was Avize and the representative in the General Council of the Département was last from 2004 to 2015 Pascal Desautels. The canton of Avize was 155.31 km² and had (1999) 9,276 inhabitants, which corresponded to a population density of 60 inhabitants per km².
