As a result of the reorganization of the arrondissements in 2017, the 13 municipalities of Baslieux-sous-Châtillon , Belval-sous-Châtillon , Binson-et-Orquigny , Champlat-et-Boujacourt , Châtillon-sur-Marne , Cuchery , La Neuville changed to the Arrondissement Épernay aux-Larris , Nanteuil-la-Forêt , Passy-Grigny , Reuil , Sainte-Gemme , Vandières and Villers-sous-Châtillon from the arrondissement of Reims and the 23 communes of Athis , Bergères-lès-Vertus , Chaintrix-Bierges , Clamanges , Écury- le-Repos , Étréchy , Germinon , Givry-lès-Loisy , Loisy-en-Brie , Pierre-Morains , Pocancy , Rouffy , Saint-Mard-lès-Rouffy , Soulières , Trécon , Val-des-Marais , Vélye , Vert- Toulon , Vertus , Villeseneux , Villeneuve-Renneville-Chevigny , Voipreux and Vouzy from the Arrondissement of Châlons-en-Champagne .
Instead , the four municipalities of Haussimont , Lenharrée , Montépreux and Vassimont-et-Chapelaine moved from the Arrondissement Épernay to the Arrondissement Châlons-en-Champagne .
