Neuvy is about 80 kilometers east of Paris city center. Neuvy is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Joiselle in the north, Champguyon in the northeast, Esternay in the east and southeast, Courgivaux in the south, Saint-Martin-du-Boschet in the west and southwest and Réveillon in the west.
