Charleville is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Boissy-le-Repos in the north, Corfélix in the northeast, La Villeneuve-lès-Charleville in the east, Lachy in the southeast, Les Essarts-lès-Sézanne in the south and Le Gault-Soigny in the west.
