geography

The municipality is located around 30 kilometers southwest of Reims on the north, right bank of the Marne . Neighboring municipalities are Passy-Grigny in the north, Vandières in the northeast, Troissy in the southeast, Dormans in the south, Vincelles in the west and Champvoisy in the northwest. The place is crossed by the Semoigne river, which flows into the Marne on the southern municipal boundary.
