Mutigny is a French commune with 188 inhabitants (as of January 1, 2017) in the Marne department in the Grand Est region (before 2016 Champagne-Ardenne ). It belongs to the Arrondissement Épernay and the canton Épernay-1 (until 2015 Ay ). The inhabitants are called Mutignats .

geography

Mutigny is located about five kilometers northeast of Épernay and about 21 kilometers south of Reims . Mutigny is surrounded by the neighboring communities of Saint-Imoges in the north and north-west, Germaine in the north-east, Avenay-Val-d'Or in the east and Aÿ-Champagne in the south and west.
