Karolin Oesterling , formerly Peiter (* 1986 in Berlin ), is a German actress , presenter and model .

Life

Karolin Oesterling studied from 2003 to 2005 at the drama school "Der Kreis" in Berlin. She began her career as a presenter at the broadcaster MTV Germany , where from 2006 to 2008 she presented programs such as MTV News Mag (from December 2006), TRL and brand: neu .

Oesterling made her debut as an actress in 2006 in the pilot for the series Alex FM , in which she played Elena, one of the two main roles. This was followed by another leading role as Palma in the television film Eine wie kein (2008), which was broadcast in the “ProSieben Funny Movies” series, directed by Marco Petry with Manuel Cortez as a partner . In the ZDF film series “The most beautiful love stories of all times”, which was filmed and produced in the Karwendel region in Tyrol , she took on one of the leading roles in the feature film Dream of my Life (first broadcast: May 2010).

In 2009 she appeared in a supporting role as Sina Ihmer in 50 episodes of the telenovela Anna und die Liebe ; she played a former employee of the advertising agency Broda & Broda . From 2009 to 2010 she was part of the regular cast of the comedy series Schillerstrasse as a friend of Lisa and later as a steadfast friend of Tetje . She had lead episode roles a. a. in the TV series Der Bergdoktor (2009, as the winner of a model casting show) and In all Friendship (2015, as a friend and work colleague of a patient).

Oesterling also appeared in supporting roles in several movies. In 2011, she played the "Crazy Anke" in the movie Men in the City ... and the very, very great love of Simon Verhoeven . In 2013 she was the “chaos woman” in Detlev Buck's comedy Rubbeldiekatz .

On Sky Deutschland , she was seen in the two formats Mitfahr-Randale (2016) alongside Micky Beisenherz and Miss Wildcard (2017).

In 2013 she married the musician David Oesterling ( village disco ). Oesterling lives in Berlin.
