Karoline Nemetz (born June 28, 1958 ) is a former Swedish middle and long distance runner .

At the World Athletics Championships in 1980 in Sittard (which consisted of two women's competitions that were not part of the program of the Olympic Games in Moscow ) she won silver over 3000 m .

She was twice national champion over 1500 m (1978, 1979), three times over 3000 m (1978, 1979, 1981) and twice in cross country (1979, 1980).
