Kaspar Ehrenreich from Thermo

Kaspar Ehrenreich von Thermo († 1750 in Stettin ) was a Prussian colonel .

Life

Origin and family

Kaspar Ehrenreich was a member of the old Brandenburg noble family von Thermo .

His parents were Melchior Otto von Thermo (1664 †) and Anna von Greifenberg .

He had been married to Louise Charlotte von Stosch since 1712 and had several children with her, including:

• Antoinette Amalie von Thermo († after 1784), ∞ NN von König (1745 †), Prussian Rittmeister
• Friedrich August von Thermo († 1783), Prussian. Captain and inspector of the orphanage

Career

Thermo served in the Prussian Army and in 1709 was a staff captain in Infantry Regiment No. 8 .

In 1737 and on November 2, 1740 he became chief of the Szczecin Land Regiment .
