Kaspar Meder
Kaspar Meder (born June 30, 1798 in Weyersfeld , † February 10, 1875 in Hirschfeld ) was a Bavarian farmer and politician.
Life
Kaspar Meder initially worked as a teacher. After that he was a farmer, shopkeeper and landowner. From 1825 he was the mayor of Hirschfeld bei Schweinfurt and from 1857 to 1863 a member of the district administrator of Lower Franconia .
From 1863 to 1868 Meder was a member of the Bavarian Chamber of Deputies for the constituency of Forchheim . From 1868 to 1870 he was also a member of the customs parliament as a member of the Lower Franconian constituency 5 ( Schweinfurt , Haßfurt , Ebern ) .
