Catherine Palm
Katharina Palm (* 7. April 1963 in East Berlin as Kathrin Hercher ) is a German theater and television actress and author .
life and career
After finishing school, Katharina Palm attended the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin (HFS) from 1980 to 1983 . She then worked at the Eduard von Winterstein Theater in Annaberg-Buchholz in the Ore Mountains and at the State Theater in Altenburg, Thuringia .
In 1985 Palm, a GDR citizen with permanent residence abroad, moved to Austria , where she worked in Vienna and at the international dance and theater festival Szene der Jugend in Salzburg . In 1987 she moved to Cologne , where she worked at the theater there. Later she also worked at the theater in Stuttgart and at the Kohlenpott theater in Bochum . She has been living in Berlin again since 2010.
In addition, Palm is also involved in several radio plays as well as numerous television and cinema productions . In addition to her work as an actress, she also works as a dubbing director and as an author of radio features for public radio stations .
