Kathryne Dora Brown

Kathryne Dora Brown (born February 10, 1971 in Los Angeles , California ; sometimes also Kathryne Brown ) is an American actress .

Brown is the daughter of actors Georg Stanford Brown and Tyne Daly . In 1990, their parents divorced. On her mother's side, Brown comes from a family with a long acting tradition. So the actor James Daly is her grandfather and the actor Timothy Daly her uncle. The composer Mark Snow is the husband of her aunt Glynn Daly.

Brown graduated from the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City . In 2006 she and others won a Camie Award for the television drama The Reading Room at the Character and Morality in Entertainment Awards .
