Katy Saunders
Katy Louise Saunders (born July 21, 1984 in London ) is a British - Italian film actress and model .
Life
Katy Saunders was born in London to a British father and a Colombian mother. However, she came to Italy as a child, where she has lived in Rome since then and attended the English school there. Before starting her acting career, she studied economics at the Luigi Bocconi University of Economics in Milan .
Her film career began in 2002 when she took on a supporting role in Michele Placido's love story Un viaggio chiamato amore . Only one year later, in 2003, she stood next to Hilary Duff in the comedy film Popstar in a detour in front of the camera. In The Borgias, a 2006 film drama, Saunders starred as Giulia Farnese , the mistress of Pope Alexander VI. to see.
In 2007 she starred in Virgin Territory alongside Hayden Christensen , Mischa Barton and Tim Roth . As in the Decameron , ten young Florentines seek refuge from the plague in a castle.
