Keetmanshoop-Land ( English Keetmanshoop Rural ) is a constituency in the ǁKaras region in southern Namibia .

The constituency Keetmanshoop-Land has a total population of 7129 inhabitants (2011) and surrounds the district of the same name Keetmanshoop ( English Keetmanshoop Urban ). The constituency has an area of ​​37,999 square kilometers .

The quiver tree forest , Giants Playground ( playground of the giants ), the Naute dam and the villages of Aroab (with border crossing to South Africa in Rietfontein), Koës and Seeheim are also located in the district .
